  Xiangjie Kong

  Professor, Zhejiang University of Technology, China.

  Research field: urban computing, social computing, knowledge management.

  Kong Xiangjie is a professor at the School of Computer Science and Technology, Zhejiang University of Technology, a recipient of the Zhejiang Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund, a Hangzhou Qianjiang Distinguished Expert, a Canal Young Scholar at Zhejiang University of Technology, and the founder and director of the Urban Science and Social Computing Laboratory. He is currently a Distinguished Member of the CCF, a Senior Member of IEEE, a Member of ACM, a Member of the American Society for Research in Science (Sigma Xi), an Executive Committee Member of the Information Systems Committee of the China Computer Federation, an Executive Committee Member of the Ubiquitous Computing Committee of the China Computer Federation, and a Member of the Federated Data and Federated Intelligence Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation. He has served as an editor for several international SCI journals, including PeerJ Computer Science, KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems, and Array, and as a (chief) guest editor for several international SCI journal special issues, such as Pervasive and Mobile Computing. He has been invited to serve as the plenary/program committee chair for more than 10 international conferences, including CCVPR, and has delivered plenary/keynote speeches at more than 10 international conferences, including IEEE CCCI. He serves on the Senior Program Committee (SPC/TPC) of several international conferences, including AAAI, IJCAI, KDD, IEEE Big Data, IJCNN, COMPLEX NETWORKS, IEEE UIC, and IEEE ICC. He has published/accepted over 300 papers in international journals and conferences and has consistently been ranked among the top 2% of scientists globally by Stanford University, both in terms of lifetime impact and annual scientific impact.

  Deepak Kumar Jain (Senior Member, IEEE, Associate Professor, Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China) received the B.E. degree in electronics and instrumentation from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal, India, in 2010, the M. Tech. degree in electronic and telecommunication from the Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology, Raghogarh-Vijaypur, India, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent system from the Institute of Automation, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2018., Area Chair of The 18th IEEE International Conference on Automatic Face and Gesture Recognition, Istanbul, Turkey 2024. Area Chair of The IEEE International Joint Conference on Biometrics (IJCB), New York, USA, 2024.Editorial Board Member of Information Fusion Journal, He has presented several papers in peer-reviewed conferences and has authored or co-authored numerous studies in science cited journals. His research interests include deep learning, machine learning, pattern recognition, and computer vision.

  Dmitry A. Zaitsev

  Dmitry A. Zaitsev received the Eng. degree in Applied Mathematics from Donetsk Polytechnic Institute, Donetsk, Ukraine, in 1986, the Ph.D. degree in Automated Control from the Kiev Institute of Cybernetics, Kiev, Ukraine, in 1991, and the Dr.Sc. degree in Telecommunications from the Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications, Odessa, Ukraine, in 2006. He is a Professor of Information Technology at Odessa State Environmental University, Ukraine since 2019 and also Senior Research Affiliate at Fundación Centro de Supercomputación de Castilla y León, Spain. He developed the analysis of infinite Petri nets with regular structure, the decomposition of Petri nets in clans, generalized neighborhood for cellular automata, and the method of synthesis of fuzzy logic function given by tables. He developed Opera-Topaz software for manufacture operative planning and control; a new stack of networking protocols E6 and its implementation within Linux kernel; Petri net analysis software Deborah, Adrian, and ParAd; models of TCP, BGP, IOTP protocols, Ethernet, IP, MPLS, PBB and Bluetooth networks. He is the ACM Senior Member, IEEE Senior Member, and the Member of ACM Europe Technology Policy Committee, Autonomous Systems.

  Madihah Mohd Saudi

  Professor Ts. Dr. Madihah Mohd Saudi is a pioneering force in cybersecurity and education. As a Professor in the Information Security & Assurance Programme at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), she drives innovation in both realms. Her tenure as USIM's former Chief Information Officer underscores her visionary integration of technology and education. With a remarkable career spanning over 20 years, Prof. Madihah has authored numerous books, strategic plans, and impactful journal papers. She holds esteemed positions worldwide, including Honorary Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Bristol's CyberSecurity Group and Visiting Professor roles at prominent institutions in Indonesia and Uzbekistan.   Abdolkarim Afroozeh

  Associate Professor, University of Larestan, Iran.

  Research field: Microring, Optical Soliton Communications, Laser Physics, photonics, Nonlinear fiber optics, Quantum Cryptography, Nanotechnology, Biomedical Physics and Biotechnology Engineering.

  Abdolkarim Afroozeh completed his MSc in the field of Astronomy at Shiraz University, Iran, in 2001. He was awarded a PhD degree in photonics from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in 2014. ). He has 100 ISI published papers, H-index-27. His current researches of interest are Microring, Optical Soliton Communications, Laser Physics, photonics, Nonlinear fiber optics, Quantum Cryptography, Nanotechnology, Biomedical Physics and Biotechnology Engineering. He is currently the Associate Professor at University of Larestan.

  Mahmoud Reza Delavar

  Professor, University of Tehran, Iran.

  Research field: Artificial Intelligence, Education, Software Engineering.

  Prof. Delavar is Director, Center of Excellence in Geomatic Eng. in Disaster Management and Director, Land Administration in Smart City Lab., School of Surveying and Geospatial Eng., College of Engineering, University of Tehran. Dr. Delavar has received a BSc. in Civil Eng.-Surveying from KNT, Iran in 1989, MSc in Civil Eng. -Photogrammetry and RS from University of Roorkee, India in 1992 and a PhD in Geomatic Eng.-GIS from UNSW, Australia in 1997. He was the chair of International Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS) WG IV/3 (Spatial Statistics, Analysis and Uncertainty Modeling), 2016-2022, Chair of WG IV/2 (Artificial Intelligence and Uncertainty Modeling in Spatial Analysis), 2022-2024 and is the advisor of the WG. He is Iran's representative to International Society of Urban Data Management. Prof. Delavar is founder of Iranian Society of Surveying and Geomatics Eng. and is in the editorial board of ISPRS IJGI and GSIS. Prof. Delavar has published more than 420 papers in conferences and Journals and supervised 126 Postgraduate theses and Postdoc research. His research interests are in spatial uncertainty modeling, temporal GIS, smart cities, land administration, SDI, UBGIS, spatial data fusion, urban growth modeling and LULC modeling.

  Mohamed-Slim Alouini

  Professor, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Saudi Arabia.

  Research field: MIMO techniques; multi-hop and cooperative communications; optical wireless communication systems; cognitive radio systems; green communication systems; underwater/maritime communication systems and integrated ground-airborne-space networks.

  Throughout his 30-year academic career, Professor Mohamed-Slim Alouini, an IEEE and OPTICA Fellow, has developed analytical and simulation tools for evaluating the performance of radio-frequency and optical wireless communication systems. He has also designed and optimized innovative technologies for emerging wireless networks.

  Professor Alouini, a co-founder of KAUST's ECE program, inspires future engineers through his pioneering work in wireless communications. His integrated space-air-ground networks, spectrum sharing schemes, and optical wireless communication systems research shape connectivity's future and embody KAUST's scientific excellence and global impact.

  Professor Alouini has published numerous conference and journal papers and co-authored the textbook Digital Communication over Fading Channels, published by Wiley Interscience. A former editor of IEEE Transactions on Communications and IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communication, he also served as an editor for IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing and the Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing journal. He was also a series editor for the IEEE Communication Magazine's Optical Communication and Networks Special Series and the founding field chief editor for the Frontiers in Communications and Networks journal. He is now the Founding Editor-in-Chief for the Nature Partnership Journal (NPJ) on Wireless Technologies (since 2025) and an editor for the IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronics Systems (since 2022). Professor Alouini has been an IEEE Distinguished Lecturer for the IEEE Communication Society (2016-2017), the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society(2018-2022), the IEEE Aerospace and Electronic Systems Society (2023-2024), and the IEEE Photonics Society (2025).

  Wadii Boulila

  Professor, Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia.

  Wadii Boulila is a Professor of Computer Science at Prince Sultan University, where he also serves as the Director of the Robotics and Internet-of-Things (IoT) Lab. With over 20 years of experience in computer science research and innovation, his research interests span robotics, Internet of Things, intelligent systems, and advanced computing technologies. He has been actively involved in interdisciplinary research projects focusing on the design, modeling, and development of intelligent systems and IoT-enabled solutions for real-world applications. Through his leadership in research and project management, he promotes collaboration across disciplines and contributes to advancing emerging technologies. He is also committed to mentoring young researchers and fostering an innovative academic environment.
